DAvid schniederman- Principal
David Schneiderman is the Co-Founder and Principal of Four Winds Real Estate. Mr. Schneiderman’s responsibilities include property acquisitions, underwriting, capital raising, asset management and leasing. Previously, Mr. Schneiderman was a Director of The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group in New York City. His responsibilities at the firm included the origination and placement of debt, joint venture, preferred equity, and mezzanine financing. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, Mr. Schneiderman spent four years at Lehman Brothers as one of the founding members of the firm's Sports Advisory & Finance Group. At Lehman Brothers he was responsible for capital raising and providing M&A. Mr. Schneiderman hasclosed over $3 billion in debt and equity financings and over $1 billion in M&A advisory transactions. Mr. Schneiderman earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from NewYork University.
JoShua Landau- principal
Joshua Landau is the Co-Founder and Principal of Four Winds Real Estate. Mr. Landau focuses on acquisitions, asset management, development, product positioning and leasing. Mr. Landau has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and has completed over 1,000,000 SF of projects valued at over one billion dollars. Previously, Mr. Landau founded Integrated, a full service real estate investment, development and advisory firm in December 2003. Integrated was responsible for the acquisition, operation, management and disposition of over 500,000 SF of real estate valued at over $300 million and participated in most major classes of real estate including mixed use, multi-family, hotel, office and general hospitality/entertainment. Mr. Landau holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
